| We believe in sending your products as quickly as possible! Your orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of your order. Products are shipped from New York, so those on the East Coast will receive their iitems faster than those on the West Coast. Orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS and will require a signature. We can ship to a US based Post Office Box.
Not going to be in during the day?
If you are not going to be in during the day, UPS will attempt to redeliver your package the following day. After that your package may be held in a nearby UPS facility before being returned to us. If you prefer, upon ordering, you are allowed to specify a different delivery address than your billing address.
Delivery Charges for US Addresses.
Delivery is $4.75 plus $0.75 for each additional item.

Return Policies
We want you to be happy with your products! You have a full 20 days from the receipt of your items to submit an item for return. Should you choose to return your item please be sure to return the item in a secured shipping method with a delivery confirmation.
In your return package please include:
The item with all original packaging
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
Refunds will be processed back in the same manner it was received. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. If you have changed your mind about purchasing the item and would like a different item in exchange, please note that you will be charged shipping for sending out a new item. Shipping charges will not be charged for the replacement of defective items.
