What shipping methods do you offer?

  • At this time we offer 2 shipping services for our products in the United States. Please see the details regarding both services’ delivery method and shipping time frames to choose what is best for you.

    USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.  Free shipping is offered for First Class Mail only. You may upgrade your shipping service for an additional fee.

  • We typically process your order within 48 hours of order placement.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your order prior to shipment.   The estimated delivery time frame is 6-9 business days, and in some instances can take up to 12 business days for orders delivered to FPO and APO addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

The price for shipping varies based on the items and quantities in your cart. When you check out you will be presented with a final review page which details all product prices, shipping/handling, and taxes before placing your order. At this time we are offering FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS.  You may upgrade your shipping option to an expedited service.  The current cost is $8.00.

Can I change my shipping method after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we cannot make any changes to the shipping method that was selected. Due to our free shipping offer, we will determine the best method to ship your package.

If I pay for Next Day Air shipping will I receive my order tomorrow?

Unfortunately, choosing Next Day Air shipping does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Due to the unique printing nature of our product, we ask that you please allow an estimated 2 business days for production of your order in addition to the shipping time frame of 24 business hours.

Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?

Yes, your shipping address may be different than your billing address. When ordering please make sure that you enter your correct and complete addresses during checkout. The address in the billing information should match the address that is associated with your card.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Box addresses. We also ship to FPO and APO addresses as well.

 

INTERNATIONAL

What shipping methods do you offer?

At this time we offer Economy- USPS International Mail or USPS International Priority mail shipping service for our products being shipped internationally or outside of the United States. This includes Canada.

USPS accepts your mail piece and will transport it to the appropriate country where it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. Please keep in mind that for International shipping there will be no tracking. Please also note that you MAY be charged VAT when the item arrives in your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I use expedited shipping methods for international orders?

Unfortunately expedited shipping options to international locations are not guaranteed.  We do not offer expedited shipping to for international orders for this reason.

Do I have to pay custom costs for international orders?

Orders that are shipped to international countries may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. This charge is determined by YOUR COUNTRY.  We are not aware of nor are we responsible for any VAT charges added to the item.

How do I track a package shipped with USPS?

Packages shipped via USPS can be tracked on the following website: http://usps.com.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Please allow 24-48 business hours for the USPS to update their website with the current tracking information. If 48 business hours have elapsed and there is no change in the tracking, please contact Customer Service and inform them of your concerns and they will work with you to resolve the matter.

Please keep in mind that for international orders, there is no tracking once the package leaves the United States.

Why was my order returned to your facility with an address error?

During the shipping process the USPS may find an error in your address. Some reasons for orders being returned are insufficient address, no such number/street, addressee unknown, and not deliverable as addressed.

Should you receive an email from our representatives informing you that your order was returned back to us with an address error we recommend responding to their email immediately with your correct and updated shipping address. Once we have received your verified shipping address we can reship your package to you and ensure proper delivery.
